Why I built TeleTrade

The expensive part is the middle nobody owns.

01 · traffic visible02 · handoff invisible03 · install the middle

Operators kept improving the visible parts of the funnel—creative, traffic and offers. Then the lead entered Telegram and the system became invisible. I built TeleTrade to make that middle operable.

One owned path

Telly keeps the context attached

connected

  1. Click
  2. Telegram join
  3. Conversation
  4. Broker outcome

The cost of a disconnected path

The leak is inside the operation. And it repeats every month.

Your ad platform sees the click. Telegram sees the conversation. Your broker sees the deposit. Use your signed 30-day records to map the complete path from current FTDs to a 20% relative-lift target and its USD-equivalent planning value.

The upside

Same traffic. Same offer.A backend that can keep up.

The transformation is not more dashboards. It is a visible path from source and conversation to owner, next action and verified broker outcome.

↔️ traffic unchanged

Before · invisible middle

The operation relies on memory.

After · installed system

The next action becomes obvious.

  1. Source lost

Campaign context disappears after the click

    Source retained

Every lead keeps its source and campaign history

  2. Chronological

Qualified leads sit inside a chronological inbox

    Intent prioritized

    High-intent conversations are surfaced first

  3. Chatter-dependent

Follow-up quality changes from chatter to chatter

    One standard

Qualification and follow-up follow one operating standard

  4. Ownership unclear

Owners and next actions disappear inside conversations

    Owner assigned

Every handoff has an owner and next action

  5. Outcome detached

Broker outcomes stay detached from source and dialogue

    Loop closed

Broker-verified FTDs close the attribution loop

The conversation-to-outcome loop

One operating record. Every next action traceable.

What gets installed

One system your team can actually operate.

The platform is included. The Partnership is the mapping, installation, team activation and optimization around it.

Capture

01

A qualified lead record, not another username in a chat.

TeleTrade installs a consistent intake and routing path before the first human handoff.

  • Source and campaign history
  • Qualification route
  • Named owner and next action

Operate

02

A team workflow organized around the next best conversation.

TeleTrade installs the priority, ownership and follow-up rules the team operates from each day.

  • Priority inbox rules
  • Visible handoffs and ownership
  • Documented follow-up state

Prove

03

An attribution loop tied back to the broker result.

TeleTrade installs the operating record used to review the full path from campaign to verified outcome.

  • Campaign-to-conversation chain
  • Broker-verified outcome field
  • Weekly evidence review

The connecting layer

One canonical lead and attribution record

Source, Telegram identity, qualification, owner, next action and broker outcome move through the same operating record—so the team can act from context and review the full path later.

The installation path

What happens over 90 days.

This is an installed Infrastructure Partnership, not SaaS onboarding. The platform is included; mapping, implementation, team activation and evidence reviews happen with the operation.

Each phase leaves a reviewable operating artifact—not just a completed setup task.

Days 1–7

Map the operation

Traffic, Telegram, team workflow, broker records and baseline requirements are mapped with the people who operate them.

Eligible Partnership Guarantee

20% relative lift in broker-verified FTD conversion rate per eligible Telegram join by day 90.

The target is calculated from a signed, consecutive 30-day baseline—not from a substitute estimate or an absolute FTD promise.

Guarantee activation requires

All four gates
  1. A signed, consecutive 30-day baseline with 500+ eligible Telegram joins

  2. Working broker attribution and required integrations

  3. A materially consistent traffic mix during measurement

  4. Documented compliance with the agreed implementation plan

No defensible baseline yet?

We establish and sign the baseline first. The guarantee does not activate until the measurement requirements are met.

Continued-support remedy

If the measured target is not reached by day 90, TeleTrade continues implementation support without additional service fees until it is reached.

Partnership operating fit

First, check whether the installation fits your operation.

Partnership fit and guarantee eligibility are two separate decisions. Meeting the 500-lead offer threshold does not automatically activate the guarantee.

Operating-fit screen
  1. 01

    An active trading-affiliate operation

  2. 02

At least 500 Telegram leads per month

  3. 03

At least one team member responsible for lead conversations

  4. 04

    Access—or readiness to provide access—to broker-verified outcomes

  5. 05

Readiness to invest in and implement the system with the team

Separate guarantee check

Baseline volume, attribution, integrations, traffic consistency and implementation compliance are verified before the guarantee can begin.

The application routes early-stage and manual-review operators to the appropriate next step.

Questions before applying

Frequently asked.

Is TeleTrade software or an agency?

The Partnership is an installed operating system. The TeleTrade platform is included, but the engagement also covers mapping, implementation, team activation and optimization.

Will our team need to change how it works?

TeleTrade is installed around the operation you already have, then gives the team one shared process for qualification, priority, ownership and follow-up. The exact workflow changes are mapped with the people who will use them before activation.

Do we need to replace our broker or acquisition setup?

No. TeleTrade is designed to connect the systems already producing traffic, conversations and broker outcomes. Final scope depends on your integrations and attribution access.

What data or integration access is needed?

During scoping, we confirm the available campaign context, Telegram workflow, lead records, broker outcome records and integration constraints. The required access is agreed from that map. If broker outcomes cannot be attributed defensibly, the guarantee cannot begin.

What happens on the strategy call?

We map your current lead-to-FTD path, identify where ownership or data disappears, review fit and prescribe the correct next step. The application questions are not repeated.

How does the guarantee work?

Eligible operations use a signed 30-day baseline with at least 500 eligible joins and working broker attribution. The target is a 20% relative lift in broker-verified FTD conversion rate per eligible Telegram join by day 90. If no defensible baseline exists, one must be established before the guarantee begins; no substitute number is invented. If the target is not reached, implementation support continues without additional service fees until it is.
